How to Win
A cross-functional group of CF Employees will score each video on the following four criteria. Click here for more information about the CF Selection Committee:
- Overall Message: What do you love about CF? Clear and meaningful message
- Creativity: Use your imagination...have some fun
- Showcase CF Properties: We have beautiful assets, show them off
- Impact: Evoke emotion to make it memorable and entertaining...i.e. humorous, sentimental, pride, inspired, etc.
Ground Rules
- One submission per employee...featured in either group or individual
- Videos must be 60 seconds or less…those above 60 seconds will not be eligible
- Videos are to only feature CF employees
- All video content, including language and attire, must be professional and appropriate

Tips
- Ensure videos are 60 seconds or less
- Hold smartphone horizontally
- Use your selfie-stick to capture more in your video
- Use headphones with a speaker when speaking in your video to reduce background noise and ensure your message is clear
- Check out some of the video editing apps, such as Magisto, Viddy and Splice
- Use music, dance, sing, make up a song or cheer, organize a flash mob, etc…make it memorable
