Next Generation 4 under 40 Awards

Honoring Next Generation Leaders in the Marketplaces Industry

ICSC’s 4 Under 40 Award honors the next generation leaders in the Marketplaces Industry. Each year we recognize four industry innovators for their outstanding professional achievements and contributions through their participation in ICSC programs and/or other industry activities. 

Nominations for the annual 4 Under 40 Awards will open in the summer of each year. The 4 Under 40 leaders for 2021–2022 will be honored at ICSC - Here, We Go. 2021. 

 

Recipient Benefits

ICSC’s 4 under 40 Award is a true mark of accomplishment and highly coveted within the industry. The 4 under 40 Awards Committee will select up to four (4) honorees per year. 

Recipients receive: 

  • Consideration as a Next Gen representative on the ICSC Board of Trustees 

  • Invitation to be part of the Next Gen Leadership Network until they turn 40 

  • Recognition at ICSC – Here, We Go. 2021

  • Recognition in Commerce + Communities Today and on ICSC.com 

  • Press release announcing all honorees 

  • Commemorative Award 

 

Eligibility

All nominees must be: 

  • An ICSC member 

  • Under the age of 40 at the time of selection 

  • Actively employed in the Marketplaces Industry. 

 

4 Under 40 Awards Nomination Instructions 

You may nominate yourself or anyone you believe deserves this honor by completing the online nomination form. Nominations for ICSC’s 2021 4 Under 40 Awards will open August 23, 2021.
